Photographs relating to the Lee family of Massachusetts. Portraits include a carte de visite of Dr. James Caleb Jackson, taken by John Adams Whipple in 1861; a photograph of George C. Lee and other men, entitled "The old guard...," taken in 1891; photographic reproductions fo portrait paintings of Samuel Cabot (1784-1863) and Henry Lee (1817-1898), taken ca. 1950; and a photo of an unidentified woman, probably a member of the Lee family. There is also one stereoview of the Cabot family house on Essex Street in Salem, Mass., taken by Edwin N. Peabody of Salem, Mass., as well as another view of an unidentified house.
